This project is the online presence for a consultancy that partners with startups to accelerate growth, and it was built to reflect both strategic clarity and a creative, approachable personality. The site was implemented on WordPress using Elementor as the visual builder so the consultancy team can easily update service pages, case studies, and blog posts without developer intervention. From the initial designs the focus was on creating a clear information hierarchy that guides founders from discovery to contact: succinct positioning and outcome-focused messaging sit alongside persuasive case narratives and visible calls to action, making it straightforward for visitors to understand the consultancy’s value and take the next step.
Using Elementor allowed rapid composition of bespoke page templates, but several areas required careful hand-tuning: I layered custom CSS to refine spacing, typographic rhythm, and responsive behavior where the builder’s defaults didn’t match the brand guidelines, and I added lightweight JavaScript enhancements for interactive elements such as animated counters, smooth in-page navigation, and elegant reveal effects. Those tweaks were applied conservatively so they complement rather than complicate the CMS experience—every custom bit is documented and encapsulated so non-technical editors can continue to create content without risking layout regressions.
Branding played a central role in shaping the site’s tone. The logo features a unicorn mascot rendered in a vibrant gradient that communicates creativity, aspiration, and the startup spirit the consultancy champions. Because the mascot also needed to function as a compact icon across touchpoints, the mark was prepared with flexible variants: the full-color gradient for hero and promotional contexts, monochrome black or white for constrained uses, and a simplified glyph for favicons and social avatars. This flexibility ensures the visual identity reads consistently whether it appears across the website, email signatures, or pitch materials.
Beyond aesthetics and content management, attention was paid to performance, accessibility, and conversion. Images and hero media were optimized and served responsively to reduce load times, semantic markup and ARIA considerations were baked in to improve keyboard and screen‑reader interactions, and form flows were instrumented to give clear feedback and reduce friction for prospective clients booking consults. The result is a modular, maintainable site that balances a bold, colorful brand with polished UX and practical editor controls—an effective tool for a consultancy that needs to communicate credibility, showcase outcomes, and scale its outreach as it grows.
